Cash-out refinance and CMHC Insurance

Let's say we will do the 5% down and CMHC insurance will be added to the mortgage. Now let's consider refinance the property after 5 months, at that point Lender will refinance the 80% of home ARV.Does that mean, at that point CMHC insurance will no longer be included in the new mortgage or will it be added to the new mortgage no matter what?
