Sell or Hold as Executive Rental
Hi community,
I am seeking some feedback on whether I should sell a home or BRRR the home.
I purchased a home for $765k, with 10% down.
I totally rehabbed the home from top to bottom with high end Viking allliances, quartz countertops. Etc. The home is a mid century modern home 1973
Home is now smart and modern, and very updated.
value of the home is $1.56 (appraised)
Mortgage balance $916k
Home is on the market for 40 days
Issue is all the homes around are newer homes 2.5 - 4 million.
My thoughts are to cash out refi at 70 %
Rent the home at $9800
Net $1000 a month while property increases.
Other option, sell… pay 6% in Commision, taxes, and possibly have to lower price to $1,350,000 or 1,300,000
I welcome any educated feedback
Thanks
