Where to look for zero down loans

I can’t find any lenders with zero down can someone point me in the right direction? I keep watching videos of people boasting about zero down and can’t find anything

 0 down loans do exist if you are an experienced investor. 

You can find a cross collateral hard money lender. The lender will attach a second position lien on one of your properties and finance 65% of the purchase to achieve 100% CLTV.

You can also achieve a higher leverage with seller financing. But minimum down payment with seller financing + hard money is 5%. 

You can also do 0 down with a VA loan on a primary residence. But the property must have a termite inspection and meet the VA's requirements to pass inspection.

A lender is going to want some skin in the game. Otherwise, you can walk away without much consequence.
