Hi! I'm an out of state investor and was curious if anyone has experience with investing in Collier Heights, Atlanta? I came across a property that I would rehab and keep as a rental. I tried searching the forums and most posts are from a couple years ago or later. How is the area for rentals? Appreciation? Safety?

    @Krisstin Hadick We've funded some textbook BRRRR deals in Collier Heights. @Anthony Fontana is a top notch investor friendly realtor in the area FYI. 

    *side note, I live in Agoura Hills with plans to drop anchor near you in the Paso/Atascadero area in the future.
