1st BRRRR Deal Amesbury Massachusetts

Me and my partner just purchased our 1st BRRRR investment property. We got a killer deal, Purchase price was $210k and the pre-purchase appraisal came in at $380k. We are projecting that we will spend about $120,000 on rehab to obtain an ARV of $650k.

I'm a contractor/investor. I'll be doing a DIY video series on this project documenting all the headaches and issuess that come my way. If you have time, please check out my video and let me know what you think
