What area is the property located? I've considered investing there because my kids go/went to USC. I think Rose Hill is a good area. It can be a mixed bag there for sure.

Lexington area and forest acres neighborhoods area

My son said those are good areas for young families. You wouldn't get college kids there. Lots of young military families moving to the area for Fort Jackson.

I actually think that is better , for rent purposes

young college kids tend to destroy the house , I want family’s..
