Trying to find comps in an area
So I'm looking at comps in an area and the property I'm looking at rehabbing would be amazing, ticks all the boxes. It's a single family home but the only comps in the area are condos, townhouses, and apartments. They all still meet close to the same sq. Ft., same beds, same baths, etc. Can I still use them as comps even though they're a different type of building?

Not really. They may give you some indication of market value, but they are not good comps.
One reason is condos and townhomes often have monthly HOA fees in the hundreds of dollars per month, so that has to be factored into their market value (it usually decreases the value).
To be fair, some single family homes have HOA fees too.
But you need to compare apples to apples.
