I'm living in the St. Louis area wanting to start using BRRRR to invest in single family properties, with plans to start buying in the first quarter of next year. I've spent the past couple months doing research, and now at a point where I'd like to start networking and meeting people in the industry. If you're open to connecting, please let me know!
