Hey Long Island BP community, I am a relatively new to investing and have some questions about accounting for real estate business.

I am looking to outsource my yearly tax filing to a CPA as well as do some consulting for tax planning, entity structures filing, entity management, and business growth.

However, I am having problems identifing how to approach a CPA to ask for an interview to determine if we are a good partnership and should work together.

if anyone has experience hiring a CPA to file taxes and real estate planning throughout the year, I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas.
