cashout refi options?
I'm looking to cash out refi non-owner occupied SFH BRRR in ILLINOIS. I believe the appraised value will be approx $75k-$90k. Does anyone have a lender recommendation who will do DSCR or non-QM cash out refi's for loan amounts in the $50k-$75k range? thank you!

Hey Christian,
Most DSCR lenders have a minimum loan amount of $75,000. That means your property will have to appraise over $100,000 to obtain this type of financing.
