Hi everyone!

Hi everyone I have been researching in the Chattanooga & Knoxville area lately and curious to see what you all see. I'm looking to connect with WHOLESALER‘s realtors that have investing experience and some seasoned investors for this areas. I'm looking for people that think outside the box. What investing strategies do you guys see being the most beneficial? I am interested in doing some BRRRR deals. I am also interested in short term and mid term rentals.
