Hello,

I am in the process of closing my first BRRRR property!

Now that I am approaching the rehab phase, I am hoping to learn as much as I can about the process to make educated decisions.

I have a GC lined up, but wanted to further my own knowledge on general rehab information and things to do to get the best bang for my buck.

I'm reading the "estimating rehab costs" book and have read both long-distance real estate investing and BRRRR.

I was especially interested in the rehab section of the BRRRR book on rehab hacks. Does anyone know of any other resources, books, guides, podcasts, youtube, etc that might go further into this topic?
