The period of Refinance - BRRRR
What are the main reasons for having to wait between one refinance and another for about a year and a half?

@Yuval Yizhaki sorry I missed this post previously. To just answer this question directly you should NEVER have to wait between refinances. If you do, that's either because the lender has too many restrictions or because we have structured the transaction incorrectly - and either of those reasons means we need to work with a different lender. But how do we know if a lender is any good or not? I wrote an entire post on this topic you can read HERE if you would like.
