Building a rental portfolio over the next two years
We are building a five ro eight property portfolio over the next two years
Houses priced between $150k to $250k with 20 - 30% deposits down.
Mostly in San Antonio but would also like to get a "global warming" just in case property further north.
We are married living outside the US. One citizen and one in process of citizenship.
Would love to open the discussion to the community on structures, loan advice and other general things we might be missing.
