Refinance and put into LLC after rehab

Hi, guys

We are finally finishing our rehab and soon to refinance it, to rent it out. I am trying to find some local lenders in Charlotte, NC, but it looks like there is no. Could someone please advise?

I want to put it under LLC name after refinancing as well, so thought local lender would be best option with this strategy.
