Hi guys!

I'm Joaquin from Spain 

I'm starting Brrrr in Florida and I need to figure it out which legal figure use.

I think I'm going to start an LLC.

Should I Start 2 and put the property on one and then do all the work rehab  work on the other? 

thanks!!!
