Transferring properties between LLCs

Hey everyone,

Due to time constraints, we bought a house under my partner's LLC with cash. We are in the process of creating a new LLC and want to transfer it over when we refinance. What's the process here, do we need to do anything special when we're looking to put the property in the newly formed LLCs name? Since it's a new LLC, I believe we'll have to personally guarantee it.

Thank you,
Marcas
