How to split a BRRRR with brother

Ok, so here's my situation. I have the finances and am looking into getting my first BRRRR property in Springfield MO, my brother has all of the connections, experience, and knowledge to successfully run the project as essentially the GC. (I have non of the above and wouldn't even know where to begin. He managers larger scale projects for a construction company professionally and already has a team of sub contractors to pull from.) He's willing to go in with me on this, me bringing the finances and him running the entire rehab process. I could really use some help/advice on how to split this with him though, I have no idea how that should look in terms of after rehab when we refinance, who holds the loan and equity, and how to handle the profits of rent. Any tips, experience, or advice would be so appreciated!

@Dan Rivers @Andrew Postell thank you both so much for taking the time to reply! Since we are both just beginning this journey I think we’ve decided that I will hire him as the GC and pay him accordingly, but the ownership will be 100% mine. We will discuss and explore LLCs and partnerships down the road if this is successful and we want to explore growing it together, but didn’t feel ready for that right away. Thank you again!
