Apps/Software for estimating rehab costs and generating SOW

I'm in the process of reading J, Scott's "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs". It's a good read and very informative, but I'd like to systematize this information to more efficiently analyze properties and obtain rehab estimates. My initial thought is to generate an excel doc to capture, organize, and automate this process, but hoping there are more sophisticated options available. I'm looking a recommendation for an app/software/etc. to generate a rehab scope of work (based on physical or video walk thru, ideally with ability to ballpark cost based market norms or user inputs).
