Brrrr reports when borrowing Rehab funds?

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can help me get an accurate report / calculation if I'm borrowing the rehab funds in a rehab / construction loan.

I'm currently not getting an accurate report for amount of cash needed etc.. when I add rehab costs to rehab field.
