"First-time Home Buyer" VS "House Hacking Strategy" books

Hi, I have read most of House Hacking book, and I see the new book, "First-time Home Buyer" have been released. I think if i were to buy it, i would find many similarities to House Hacking; so would probably be wasteful. But would like to pick the brain of someone who has read both books, did you find any great info in the new book? like in what areas? Worth buying it if you have house hacking book?
