Abridged or unabridged?

I just listened to the podcast about The 4 Disiplines of Execution, so I went to iTunes to buy the audio book. Does anyone here know if the extra 4+ hours in the unabridged version is worth the extra time? My experience has usually been that you get the same meat and potatoes with an abridged version, but Brandon was fan boying so hard over this book I’m thinking the long version might be worth it.
