Hello! I wanted to say hello and introduce myself to my fellow BP AVL folks. I'm almost an AVL native (in '91 grew up here 7th grade - high school and parents stayed) and after bouncing around a bit via college and my marketing career, I landed back home in 2014. My husband and I are just now getting into real estate investing. We have one long term rental that was our previous primary residence and now in a live and flip we may eventually sell or turn into a large party vacation rental. We're building our team, as BP says, in preparation for another purchase next year. We need both a CPA and attorney well versed in real estate, also a local lender that we can get to know.
