Looking for bankers, RE attys, & contactors in Asheville, NC

My husband & I are new to the area - we bought the home we are living in 3 years ago and rented it out until we moved here last September. We just became aware of a rental property that we’d like to make an offer on asap, and are looking for the best banks to work with for equity lines and/or mortgages in the Asheville, NC area. We will also be needing a real estate attorney and rehab contractors. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

I’ve worked with HomeTrust. They’ve been really good to do business with (equity lines and mortgages).
