I hope you all paused for at least a couple of hours this three day weekend and had some barbecue or a little bit of beach time. :-)

I am currently seeking a general contractor with a full or virtually full crew. I had a fantastic contractor appointed and ready to use, however I found out that he typically charges about 75 to 100 per square feet. Currently seeking an investor friendly team to work on single-family residential homes.
