Advice for duplex with no ARV
Hello everyone,
First and foremost thank you for reading my post and your advice.
I am looking to start my real estate journey by house hacking and I have found a duplex that may need approximately $70-$80K in rehab. I am trying to figure out the ARV but there are no comparable properties in the immediate area to do a CMA.
Any ideas of how I can get an ARV?
