Any recommendations for good text messaging software to use with tenants? Something with mass text capability and automation?

We use Google voice which gives us a unique phone number that can be used for voice or texting. All the voice messages and text messages are copied to our gmail account for archival purposes. Multiple people can share the Google voice phone number, so you can easily support fast response and if one person responds, everyone else sees the response. I don't think it supports mass texting or automation, but you can use a separate service for this to automate reminders. For anything automated you want to let them know this is automated, do not respond.
