Rebates on Multifamily dwelling install of EV Chargers

We own outright a multi-family residence and have plans to upgrade and modernize the Building with Smart Home features and Healthy home certification. We also plan on putting EV charging in each Garage on Tenet's on their own meter and saw the $40,000 to $80,000 Rebates from Clean Power Alliance has anyone done one of these.?
