Deal Machine or PropStream? Which do you prefer and why?

The market in SC is pretty competitive (as in the whole USA) and zillow, tulia, etc isn't getting me closer to deal. So my question, what app do you use to acquire info on properties or leads? Dealmachine or PropStream?
