Is there someone out there that has tried the “Deal Automator”?

Before I make another investment I like to research the actual product first. So with that being said is there anyone that has any experience using the “Deal Automator” software from Cody Sperber’s Clever Investor? Does it actually provide all of the tools that they advertise and is it worth the investment?
