Hello everyone. Started investing last year and have been fortunate to buy 3 houses in 12 months with 7 units total now. Tax season is upon us and wanted to optimize a P and L statement that works best and that you would recommend. Don’t have any staff members yet so it can be fairly basic but would like to have checking account downloaded in. Was thinking possibly Quicken which I’ve used before for personal use but would love any recommendations out there. Thanks!
