The Perfect Lead Gen / Skip Trace System

Hello All,

I have been working in real estate for about 10 years now. I have become the go to skip tracer for many investors in my area; I pretty much know everything going on with any property in distress. I'm looking to grow and I have considered creating a skip trace / lead generation system. Yes, I know there are a ton out there but all the one's I've come across simply only provide the basics (phone number, mailing address, owner info). I provide in depth information about the property, its owner, heirs (when necessary) including but not limited to tax default, probate details, personal liens, family tree, phone numbers, property report, resale value, etc. I spend roughly 30 min to an hour researching each property.

What would you pay for lead research?

Would you pay a increased fee for exclusivity of a single lead?

Would you prefer to provide your own list or be provided a list?

How many leads can you effectively manage at one time?

What is your expected turn time?

What other input would you like to share?
