"Buyer spreadsheet" manager software

I use Danny's online based software to track my leads on properties. I got it from www.flippingjunkie.com. If you haven't checked it out, you should, it's awesome.

I am wondering if there is another web based software similar to this to track my buyers. I am using Google docs spreadsheets to track now, and it is just ok.

I have a Chromebook, so I can't use .exe software. If there is anything out there that you know of, please tell me!!
