Clubhouse App. Future of Real Estate Networking? Are you on yet?

I am a flipper. I just found the clubhouse app (right now only on iOS) that looks like it was started a little over a year ago and its seems to be blowing up. Just joined so not sure how it all works but I think it's here to stay. I'm getting some clubs set up and am excited to see how it will play out and making some new friends. Anybody out there using it? If so have you found it useful for real estate transaction or networking?

@Aldo Chandra I've only been on for about a week and I can tell you I've made more meaningful connections with some amazing people in this short week vs all the other social media platforms out there that I've been on for years. It's chat rooms that you can jump in and out of. I think the difference is that the people in there are serious about whatever topic they are talking about and they are usually subject matter experts. I already know that it's going to be as big as the other platforms. And it's not just real estate its anything you can imagine. You like cars, poker, politics, anything...there are people talking about it.
