Office 365

What's best, Office 365 or Office Home and Business 2013?

I'm currently using Office 2007 and thinking of upgrading.

Office 365 looks good cause it is always up-to-date and is allowed on up to 5 computers, but it is a recurring cost.

Office 2013 looks good cause it is a one time cost, but will eventually become outdated and is allowed on only one computer.

I figure this is a REI relevant question cause I'm sure almost everybody here uses Word, Excel and possibly Outlook.
