Migrating property management software

Hi folks,

I work in property management so I can build my toolbox while staying to invest.

The company I work for uses a software system that really didn't meet their needs. But if course, they think they're too busy to migrate to a new system.

Any tips on how to smoothly migrate software with 100+ properties?

Any suggestions on how to influence my employers to show them that it will be worth it even if it's difficult?
