Can Quickbooks Online show Cash-on-Cash Return, IRR, etc?

I have all the books in QBO Plus and am able to show Profit and Loss as well as Balance Sheet, by Property (I'm using Locations which can be displayed as Properties). That all works great. But I don't see a way to show profit as a % of equity, cash flow as a % of equity, etc. It seems the reports can only show profit as a % of revenue or compared to other months/years. Anyone succeeded in doing this?

I know I can export numbers to Excel or key it into Calculator, but I'm not paying Intuit just to crunch the numbers myself each time...
