Did anyone used "realestateinvestor.com" platform in the past?

Hello All! 

I recently came across the "realestateinvestor" platform which is "The Complete Real Estate Investor Software Platform And Automated System That Quickly Turns Cold Leads Into Closed Deals."  I already spoke to them and did a demo of the platform and it looks amazing but too good to be true. If anyone used or currently using these guys, please share your success or downfalls.  Thank you in advance for your feedback, comments, and suggestions.
