Are online real estate lead generation models now defunct ?

Hey there !

I just came upon a lead generation site AgentPronto.com

As per the site owners, their business model is to generate home buyer leads and forward them to 3 area specialist Realtor to work on.

But seems, the site or the business is not operational now!

Do you think it is a case specific failure or a business model like this can never work in the US real estate market.

What my fellow forum members think should the site owners have done to make this model a success.

Thanks.

Mark S.
