Using a *Carrot* website? Which CRM software do you use?

Hello BP!

For those of you using an *Investor Carrot* website--which we plan to move over to in the next 30-60 days--which CRM software are you using? I'm looking specifically for one that is not too complex, can be scaled and help us scale easily as we grow, and also integrates seamlessly with Carrot. The amount of feedback I've read on BP and other forums/groups/search engines on CRMs for real estate investors is overwhelming, to say the least. I'm really looking forward to your suggestions!
