Hello everyone,

My name is David and this is my first post, but I hope to make many more to help make this fantastic community grow.

If you were to create a website similar to Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Redfin.com or Realtor.com what improvements would you make? What are they missing that would truly make searching for real estate revolutionary or even just better, simpler, etc. Whether your perspective is that of a consumer or of an agent that has advertised on one of these websites I would like to know your opinion.

Thank you for your responses.

Integration with MLSs for comps.

Ding Ding Ding we have a winner!!!

So it seems we have two people who don't know how to do this using realtor.com - here's how.

1. go to http://www.realtor.com/

2. select the "recently sold" button / tab

3. enter property info - just a zip code or specific address

4. press the search button (the magnifying glass icon)

Let me know if that doesn't work for you :)

You'll still have to filter for beds, baths, and square footage, but an agent has to do that too.
