anyone knows SchoolAndHousing.com?

For real estate investment, one thing I pay attention is School. Usually good school district means good neighborhood, good tenant and good appreciation values.
I found this website, which can give attending schools based on property address. Seems quite cool. But not sure about its quality, as I know California's school district is very complicated. Anyone uses this website? Any insight?
