Driving For Dollars App

What’s everybody’s opinion on this app? Just looking for something I can save addresses with as well as some skip tracing. This seems like the obvious choice. I noticed they have 2 different $20 monthly options. One being for strictly addresses and no skip tracing. The other $20 option is JUST skip tracing for 100 properties. Does this mean I’m paying $40 a month for both features? Any insight/ suggestions are very much appreciated.
