Question for deal machine users.

Hey! i am new to the bigger pockets community and I just recently started with Deal Machine and this thought crossed my mind. Is there a chance they are using us to go around finding properties and then using our data to market themselves or selling our leads?  If any of you know how this would be impossible or how we can be assured they wouldn't do such a thing please let me know. Thanks!
