Watching this movie for the 1st time & can't help but think how Rob K was a big fan of fellow Michigan Michael Moore's movie.

Loved how he documents real estate investors gobbling up properties for pennies on the dollar. If it weren't for investors, the homes would sit!

I'd love to see Michael Moore knock on the door of RobK's home & interview him for this movie. Rob's response would classic!
