Best PPC Management Vendor?

I am looking for recommendations on PPC management.  I recently switched our site over to Carrot, and I would like to look at another potential vendor than the one we previously used before we crank up our marketing again. Who is a rockstar at PPC? I am in the Omaha, NE marketplace (so don't worry, I won't steal your rankings).

I worked at Carrot for 4 years, most of my clients use Carrot sites. I've been wholesaling myself for 10 years. Company is Wholesaling PPC, we might be a good fit for you. Omaha is a good market for PPC, not too competitive.
