Zillow, really really low sale prices?

Hey guys, quick question. Why are there so many super low sold prices on zillow? If you goto sold and filter to lowest you will find very very low sale prices. House under 20k. That should be 100k. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

@Joshua Raley

Don’t trust any numbers that you haven’t done an analysis on.  Those numbers are done through a generic algorithm.  I use Redfin first and Zillow second.  You need to find sold comps in the last 3 months first if there aren’t any or not enough go back 6 months and so on.
