Ringless voicemail option with REIRAIL

So I literally subscribed to REIRAIL this afternoon and I am ALREADY having issues. The RVM Recordings page and RVM Account Status page will not load. (They are the only two pages that are giving me trouble). Has anyone been in this particular situation with this software?
