Has anyone used Close CRM?

I'm startinng to get enough leads to manage that I am looking at CRMs. I am wholesaling and doing a very small number of fix and flips. I heard about it on a Youtube broadcast, and it looks like it has some great features at a great price. Wondering if anyone has any personal experience with using it?
