How to give value to agents and brokers when talking to them?

Hello all,

Just discovering BP, great site!  My question is related to agents and brokers, I have (with a partner) a real estate site, and I am looking to expand our offerings with either a SaaS offering of broker back office software [which my partner built and owns, I would make it multi-tenant / SaaS and market it] or some other software in the space.  So I would like to talk to a variety of brokers and agents to see what works (and doesn't work) in the software and processes they currently use.  I'm looking for thoughts on what I might be able to offer agents and brokers in order to spend some time talking about their needs and pain points regarding the software systems they currently use in their business.  Their time is valuable, seems like 'taking them to lunch' sells their value short.  I think once I have had a few meetings I can start sharing my findings and that would be valuable, but until then?  Appreciate any advice BPers might have.  Thanks!
